SILVER MEDALLION ATTRIBUTED TO KIRSTEIN (Strasbourg)
Medallion in silver and gilt silver, converted into a brooch. Carved bas relief of a deer in the woods, the eye in red stone. Pierre rouge figurant l'oeil de l'animal. Work characteristic of the Silversmith Joachim Frédéric Kirstein (1805-1860). A very similar item is listed in the collection of the Musée des Arts Décoratifs, Strasbourg. Bronze SIGNED JAYER
Very attractive bronze signed Léon JAYER (1878-1957) (referenced by BENEZIT). Representing a man facing the storm, perhaps Clemenceau. Attractive brown patina. Excellent condition.

Attractive and unusual size wood paneling painting in good condition (slight wear) Part of the wood paneling is of a later date.

LEAF IN METAL
Very attractove leaf in embossed metal with floral and leaf decoration. Exceptional size, probably once a light reflector for candles. Mounted on a finel carved, late 18th C, giltwood vase-shape base. Very good condition
FRENCH CONSOLE TABLE
Exceptional semi-circular console table in richly carved giltwood with grey marble top. Fluted legs. Attractive original gilt Excellent condition, little of the gilt missing.
INDIAN COMPANY PLATE
Very attractive octagonal plate with mandarin and hawk decoration on pagoda landscape background. Exceptional range of colours: pink, violet, orange, green, blue. Excellent condition.
BLOW GLASS HORN
Rare and attractive horn in translucent glass with yellow, white, blue and red stripes. Cf p. 309 « VERRE D’USAGE ET DE PRESTIGE France 1500-1800 » by Jacqueline BELLANGER ; Published by Les éditions de l’amateur. « Instrument de musique en verre fin. On en connait un certain nombre au XVIIIe siècle (clairon… ) dont il est difficile de dire s’ils avaient un usage spécifique ou d’ornement : l’expérience prouve toutefois que l’on aurait pu s’en servir. » (Musical intrument in fine glass. We know a certain number in the 18th c {bugle] but it is difficult to say whether they had a specific use or were ornements: experience prooves however that they could have been used) Good condition, ferrule missing. Bon état. Embout manquant.

Attractive dome top box with inlay vase and flowers. The front has floral inlay on each side of the shield key hole; the sides have floral inlay and handles with cherub decoration; the back has a central crown with floral scrolls on each side. Black base with small bun feet. Paper lining in the interior. Good condition

Attractive and elegant two-par candelabra in silver, the upper part comprising five branches. Very good condition. Hall marks for the town of Vienna, Austria, 1830-40

Attractive chest with dome top. Attractive enlaced diamond decoration with inlay. Wrought iron hinges, clasp lock, attractive rosace key hole. Side handles. Four bun feet added later. Good general condition

Mahogany table with central column on tripod base with castors. Attractive lower ring in carved gilt bronze. Attractive marble top. A removable second top consists of black leather on one side and felt on the other, thus forming a game table. Very good condition, later leather and felt

Attractive travelling mirror in rosewood frame with brass inlay. The back is in rosewood veneer with a suspension ring in engraved brass and a partly engraved brass tripod. Very good condition Not the original mirror. Small repairs on the veneer, the ring and the tripod
JACQUOT CHARACTER JUG
Large "Jacquot" character jug. Attractive glaze Handle has been broken and repaired, scratches on the neck (one on the back of 2.5cm) and on the base.
